Y’all, this low carb cauliflower side dish recipe is both easy and delicious. The sticky consistency tastes almost sweet because of the tahini and dates.
Now, I prefer to NOT use tahini in my hummus. But there is a totally different flavor when mixed with low carb roasted cauliflower! It is almost sweet! Think comfort food. We recreated this low carb dish after eating at a new restaurant in The Woodlands, Texas named True Food Kitchen. They specialize in low carb food high on flavor.
